Chia Pudding 3 Ways


Chia Pudding Three Ways - Two to bring you up and one to calm you down.

 

Mocha Chia Pudding
Thai Tea Chia Pudding
Golden Milk Chia Pudding     
Mocha Chia Pudding:
Combine Totally Nuts Cold Brew with cocoa or cacao powder - or combine Totally Nuts Chocolate flavor with your favorite coffee. Add your favorite sweetener if desired. Stir in 3 to 4 Tbsp of Chia Seeds per cup of liquid, stir once a minute for five minutes, enjoy right away or refrigerate for it to gel up even more. 
Thai Tea Chia Pudding
Brew or purchase thai tea, add Totally Nuts Original  or Vanilla flavor and your favorite sweetener. Stir in 3 to 4 Tbsp of chia seeds per cup of liquid, stir once a minute for five minutes, enjoy right away or refrigerate for it to gel up even more. 
Golden Milk Chia Pudding
Combine Totally Nuts Original or Vanilla flavor with your favorite Golden Milk mix - we love Gaia brand. You can also make your own by mixing turmeric, black pepper and a little sweetener with the almond milk. Stir or shake until powder is completely dissolved.   Stir in 3 to 4 Tbsp of chia seeds per cup of liquid, stir once a minute for five minutes, enjoy right away or refrigerate for it to gel up even more.
