Totally Cool Ways To Use "Totally Nuts!"

Many of us are no longer consuming dairy products and have switched to alternative milk, usually nut milk, but how are we using them? How are they different from dairy products and how are they similar? Every morning I like to make coffee and for many years I used cream as my coffee creamer. When I switched to the dairy-free creamers I found they contained a lot of sugar, gels, thickeners, fillers, and no protein. "Totally Nuts!" is completely different. There is a mild, nutty flavor, it foams/froths nicely (like dairy creamer) and it adds some protein to your morning coffee.
